For the longest time I’ve wanted to create a space for my photos that I own & control. Online services like Flickr are great for some things like reaching other photographers but they don’t offer the level of presentation & extensibility a site like this can.

Plus, I’ve wanted an easy way to offer some of my photos for purchase in different formats.

The focus of SteamboatPics.com is primarily Steamboat photography. That’s not to say I won’t add some photos from other areas that compliment the site from time to time.

This is such an exciting time for photography with so much going on and I’d like to share what I know. So in the blog I’ll be sharing photos, techniques & technologies.

The portfolio is just getting started and all photos can be sent as free e-cards, purchased as lab quality prints in a variety of sizes or purchased as greeting cards.
