Summers in Steamboat are too short. That’s too bad because summer is my favorite season as it is for most I know in Steamboat. With so much to do, great weather and lots of daylight we just love being outside. July is especially fun with a big event every weekend and great tubing on the Yampa river.
But when you begin to see hay bales dotting the fields (or your allergies start acting up from all the hay) you know summer has peaked.
Unfortunately this usually happens in late July. In fact I took this photo of a tractor cutting hay on the last day of July while on an aerial photo shoot. The tractor created rows so perfect it was as if GPS was used.
So here’s a desktop wallpaper set that will not only help you stay track with its built-in calendar functionality but will also remind you that summer doesn’t last forever – so get out & have fun!
Bonus: This set also includes iPad and iPhone compatible versions.
